After two years of deep work within, I’m about to step on an airplane to head back into ceremony. I missed this space so much… My last ceremony was in October 2021.

This said, there are some things around working with plants that I would love to share.
First and for all, they simply show you what you already have within. The potential that we carry gets clouded by culture and parental advisory that we experience while growing as a baby into an adult.

No matter how cloudy it gets, clarity is always achievable. Potential is unlimited. The question is just, how much work are you willing to do to achieve that clarity to tap into your unlimited potential? This might be against my own shop when it comes to working with plants.

But you don’t need to wait for a cup of Ayahuasca in order to be able to start on the inner work. A matter of fact is the more you do already before ceremonies the more fluent your work with plants will go. Because we carry all solutions within ourselves.

This is an ancient technology that has been cultivated 1000’s of years ago, probably even longer. Only not recorded in history.. Which means that it is a tool that works in specific ways. And not a magic medicine that will solve all your problems. Although a lot can be healed when you look for somebody that has been studying with plants for years. They can show you so many things that are very hard to find in the world around us. But that doesn’t mean that they will do the work for us.

Everytime that I went out into the jungle for deeper work it took at least double the time to implement the insights and lessons into my daily life. Which is the hardest part of the whole process. It always cycles back to a foundation of selfcare, brutal honesty with the Self and facing things that have been keeping us from living the life that brings joy and gratitude.
Of course not to forget the first period is always about cleaning up whatever I took with me into the jungle from modern society.

Like a good shower after a hard day of work! Hahaha, only a bit less comfortable…

I would love to share some resources that I have stumbled on this week. Even though I've already, for years, walked this path as a student. I love to keep diving into podcasts and documentaries that reinvigorated the conversations about this work and things that remind me of the jungle.

So here I would love to share a very interesting episode from The Universe Within hosted by Jason Grechanik. My number one podcast when it comes to this topic. Highly advisable to check out his channel if you're interested in this topic and like to get an honest and authentic insight in this work.

Another one that I would love to share is this documentary, I stumbled upon without knowing what to expect. Seeing so many faces again that I encountered myself was a short trip back home in my heart and memory lane. This documentary takes you to the region of Pucallpa and Iquitos to share a brief overview of what to expect in those regions.

Now this weekend I’m off to Malta where I’m invited to join a short retreat to give my first workshop on holistic selfcare. One of the next things to take on is getting out of my comfort zone and giving a workshop in front of a whole group.

It reminds me of school when we had to talk about a topic or share our experience from a book that we had to read, with the whole class. God, I do love to stay on the side and watch, but don’t put me in front of a group of people! Well here I’m accepting the opportunity to step into my role of service and getting out of my comfort zone. And I lack the words to express my gratitude for this opportunity!

So I’ll be offline for the majority of the time till the 3rd of January.
