Episode 4: Charlotte De Jaegher

In this episode I enjoyed the warm and gentle company of Charlotte. A beautiful and kind soul that I met in Ghent - Belgium outside of her professional area. From a distance, being on my own journey to self development I witnessed her growth and saw her business coming into existence. Although that I have no personal experience with her services, I can share that she is very kind and enthusiastic in what she does. Every time we crossed paths she carried a light positivity and curiosity, with a mindful approach to each individual she encountered. So I decided to ask her on the podcast to share her personal story and how she has become the person that she is today.

It was beautiful to hear how her own journey created the platform for the services that she offers. Which is an example for many. Often if we are ment to serve as a coach, holistic healer,… You will aid people that are going through similar experiences and blocks that you’ve been through as an individual. And that is a beautiful process in how one shares there own unique “medicine” with others.

To Charlotte this is a combination of mindset, breath and body awareness. She created a firm foundation to have a structure that she is now able to pass on to others that wish to live a more joyful and fulfilling life .
